How do I book?
The easiest way to book is online via our website, but if you are experiencing difficulty please message us, we are more than happy to help.

How do I pay?
A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking with the balance payable 6 weeks before arrival.
We will send you a payment reminder email as this becomes due.
Payments can be made online via paypal and a credit/debit card using the payment link on your email.
We can’t take payment over the telephone.
Bookings made within 6 weeks of arrival must be paid in full at the time of booking.

What other charges are there?
There are no other charges, although we do have optional extras to make your stay that little bit more special.

What additional extras do we have available?
If you would like to make your stay that little bit more special we have a range of extras available:
Prosecco and chocolates - £25
Champagne and chocolates - £45
Silk rose and petals - £15
Early arrival (2pm rather than 4pm) - £15
Late departure - (11:30am rather than 10am) - £15
Dog - £30.00 (Maximum of two small/medium dogs)
Birthday Balloons (Inflated Happy Birthday, 2 foil stars, 4 confetti balloons and 6 plain balloons)- £29

​What are the arrival and departure times?
The general arrival time is 4pm (If you have purchased early arrival you may arrive from 2pm)
The general departure time is 10am (If you have purchased a late departure you may depart at 11:30am)

Can I stay for just one night?
Our minimum stay is 2 nights. One night breaks are offered subject to availability on a last minute basis, if so they will be posted on our special offers page on Facebook.

Are the lodges well equipped?
Our lodges are fully equipped with all kitchen utensils you will need. There is an oven / hob and microwave. They all have a dining area, TV and DVD player in the living area. There will be some washing up liquid, dish cloth, tea towel, bin bag, and a toilet roll in your lodge to get you started, but the lodges are self catering so do bring your own consumables!

What should I bring with me?
You may consider a hairdryer.
We provide one set of towels per guest. If you wish to have more we do recommend bringing your own.
You may consider flip flops for getting to and from the hot tubs.
Do all of the lodges have hot tubs?
Yes ​​ all our lodges have Hot Tubs.

Are children welcome?
Children of all ages are very welcome in our lodges that sleep 4-8 guests only. (Child age includes anyone under the age of 18).
We do not allow children in our lodges that sleep 2.
Can I bring my dog / cat?
We allow 2 small/medium dogs only in our lodges. There is an additional fee of £30 for this.
We do not accept more than two dogs.
We do not allow cats.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unfortunate enough to have to cancel your booking and there is:
More than 14 days till arrival date, we will issue a refund minus the value of the deposit (30%). Alternatively monies paid can be used as a credit against a holiday any time in the following 12 months or can be transferred by the customer to benefit someone else.
Between 14 days and 48hrs until arrival date, no refund will be made however monies paid can be used as a credit against a holiday any time in the following 12 months or can be transferred by the customer to benefit someone else.
Less than 48 hours until arrival date, no refund will be made and dates are non transferable, however the customer may transfer the booking to another party.
We advise you to consider taking out insurance to cover the cost of cancellation.
